Private training takes place in the client's residential fitness facility or home and starts with a free consultation. After a physical assessment and exercise testing, an individualized program is custom-designed based on the client's goals, schedule, and budget.
Semi-private training allows 2-5 people to train together following the same exercise program. It does not include a free consultation. Exercising with others reduces the individual's cost per session while still gaining the benefits of working with a personal trainer and the support, motivation, accountability, and encouragement of group camaraderie.
Online Consultations are available and include an initial questionnaire which will save the client equivalent to the cost of one session, and help focus the conversation on areas most pertinent. Contact me for more details.
