Private training takes place in the client's residential fitness facilitiy or home, and starts with a free consultation including a physical assessment and exercise testing. An individualized program is created based on the client's goals, and training environment. 3 sessions per week are generally recommended, but the schedule can be adapted for more or less sessions depending on the client's availability, motivation, and budget.
Semi-private training allows 2-5 people to train together following the same customized exercise program. It does not include a free consultation. Exercising with others reduces the individual's cost per session while still gaining the benefits of working with a personal trainer, group comraderie & support, motivation, accountability, and encouragment.
